The Raithaduine Sage is an omnibus version of the two component novels Refugees of the Raithaduine and Orphans of the Raithaduine. It's not a straight compilation however (as Orphans features flashbacks and indeed flash-forwards), so it's a complete reworking of the entire storyline into a linear format. There's also some additional material (both fiction and exclusive character notes) not included in the original novels, to make it worth the price of a hardback release.
