The Enemy is in fact a not in any way
I know people speculated that it would read The Enemy is in fact another house, but that turns out not to be the case. Any ideas what this might mean? Was there more to this message hidden somewhere else?
Or, perhaps the answer is right there... The Enemy is a 'Not' in any way. A Nullification perhaps... Like Guildenstern from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead: "Death is 'not', Death 'isn't'. You can't 'Not be' on a boat."
Or it could be a play on words, or a pun: The Enemy is a (K)not in any way... A snarled tangle of timelines, the ultimate Gordian Knot.
Ultimately, its the IDEA of the Enemy thats important of course, rather than who or what it is, but its fun to speculate any about...
So... thoughts?
