Having had a sniff about, I can confirm that the author is neither Jim Mortimore or Simon Bucher-Jones.
Good news that another novel is coming though, whoever is writing it.

That's a pity; I was rather hoping it might prove to be Simon B-J.
Did your info suggest that they weren't writing this novel or that they weren't a Faction novel period? (perhaps a novel or two down the line or whatever?)
